My card was used for purchases that I did not authorize.. I reported to synchrony bank the fraudulent charges and they denied the claim saying that it was shipped to my address which is not true I did not authorize those purchases made under my card. I reported the fraudulent and they added the charges back to my card making me responsible for something I did not buy. I reported again to synchrony bank and they reopened the claim and today I received another letter saying it was denied for the same reason. As stated on the terms of service of the card Im not liable for unauthorized charges. Im opening this claim with the financial bureau because I will not be made responsible for charges I did not make or authorized
