On XX/XX/2022, my Chase Bank debit card was stolen along with my phone and drivers license. They withdrew money from two of my accounts at two different Chase ATMs for a total of {$4000.00}. They withdrew {$1000.00} from one account and {$3000.00} from my second account. They were able to withdraw from both accounts because my debit card is linked to both accounts and they can pull up my balance for both. The transactions online have the ATM addresses on them. I called Chase to freeze my account and to open a dispute for the fraudulent charges. Chase froze and locked my account that day. I also filed a police report with the local police department and a detective is on my case. On XX/XX/2022, Chase sent temporary credit for my first account for {$1000.00}. On XXXX XXXX, Chase finished their investigation and agreed it was a fraudulent charge and let me keep the credit. On XX/XX/2022, Chase sent temporary credit for my second account for {$3000.00}. On XX/XX/2022, Chase closed the investigation and said the charges were authorized and they are taking the {$3000.00} back on or after XX/XX/2022.
