Here is what the text : / Citibank/ We have closed your citibank account for security reasons please verify Your identity XXXX XXXX XXXX? c I copied the actual text and pasted it fir you all to read. You will notice how the text starts out with a / which is not how banks do their texts. There is also punctuation problems as well as a capital letter where it shouldn't be.
