On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX where I was ( traveling in XXXX for work ) I received a call from a Chase number telling me I needed to perform a wire reversal of two transactions equaling XXXX dollars from my Chase business account. After performing the transaction, I called Chase immediately and they told me it was a verified Chase number calling, and to expect my money back in 5 business days. Several days later when the money was never sent, I called again, and it was only then that they flagged it as fradulent. They couldve stopped the transacfion, but never even sent me an e-mail or notification that the money was transferred. This was every dollar in my business account, and they did absolutely nothing to protect, and they are continuing to not contact or help me regarding the claim. It has now been over a month since this transaction.
