Ive been using this XXXX XXXX XXXX card for months. Chase sent me a new card with new numbers. The new card is active, making purchases, and even showing that I am collecting rewards. But I had hundreds of dollars of rewards saved, that still show on chases website, but are locked out of use at XXXX. XXXX has told me 5-6 times that the issue is with chase. Chase exhaustively claims the problem is with XXXX. I need to know which jurisdiction covers deliberate theft of reward points while both institutions demonstrably lie to me. Every time I talk to them Im told 24-48 hours and its been weeks. Thank you
