This complaint refers to a previous complaint, ID XXXX, that Chase did not address. In their previous response, Chase referred to their Digital Services Agreement to justify their right to delay, block or cancel a payment. However, Chase did not explain why they gave misleading information, at multiple times. Chase blocked a wire transfer that I initiated on-line on XX/XX/2021, and specifically asked for missing information such as my Name, Address, DOB, XXXX. All information was submitted twice, both on-line and at the branch. Each time, there was an acknowledging email message, confirming a response would be sent to me within 2 days. In addition, the Chase branch manager, upon contacting the Chase XXXX XXXX department, told me that a reply would be available within 2 days, as he confirmed in his letter XX/XX/2021. The bank never provided any explanation.
