Friday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX ID XXXX in the amount of {$25.00} was initiated to recipient XXXX was not received due to XXXX XXXX called Chase on Saturday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX was advised by representative to cancel & Re-send transaction which was done new transaction ID was now XXXX Monday XX/XX/XXXX I check my bank account & now had 3 transactions 1st Transaction ID XXXX XXXX Re-sent Transaction XXXX & a " XXXX Payment from Recipient XXXX '' transaction ID XXXX I then proceed to call Chase again & was advised by recipient this was a refund from Chase due to down service Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX the " Refund '' XXXX ID XXXX was no longer available thus leaving transaction charged twice I contacted Chase multiple times & had been told credit would be received in 10 business days via XXXX However XX/XX/22 I was told Recipient has to XXXX me the {$25.00} back that no credit would be provided yet the intended person only received the funds once This is extremely frustrating I was charge twice upon following Chase Representative instructions
