I opened a credit card with Chase Bank in XXXX XXXX. At the end of XXXX XXXX, Chase closed my credit card with absolutely no warning. Which dropped my credit from a XXXX to XXXX. The reason they closed it was because after reviewing my account ( after they already accepted me and opened an account ) that I had too many credit card accounts already opened and the other reason that they closed the account was because we went over the credit limit by XXXX CENTS. After a XXXX XXXX phone call with Chase on XX/XX/XXXX, my account was placed under review to see if it could be reopened ( had to pay {$70.00} before they would put it under review ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from Chase stating after the review my account has been reopened. On XX/XX/XXXX, 3 DAYS later, Chase closes my account without any warning again. This causing my credit to drop from a XXXX to a XXXX. Forgot to mention, we were beginning the process of buying a house, which chase knew about before closing the account the a second time.
