To Whom It May Concern : I called Sears Repair on a complaint that I was not receiving ice from my XXXX refrigerator. A technician was sent out to inspect he informed me that my ice maker was inoperative and that I needed another one, which required 3 different parts for repair. It also required that I defrost and unplug my refrigerator for two days. The parts were sent to my home XXXX delivery. On XX/XX/2019 a second technician arrived to perform the repair after performing his inspection, he determine that I didn't need this repair and parts that was present. It only required the defrosting of the unit, which he explained often happens on this particular XXXX refrigerator. He put in his computer all the information and refund to me credit back to my account. He gave me labels to put on the Parts Packages that I needed to return back to Sear through XXXX on that date. I have all the documents date and time in which XXXX delivered to Sears and whom sign for its return. I have unsuccessfully sent all this information to Sears to present proof of the return and requested that they update their records to reflect but as of to date absolutely nothing as been done. Thank You..
