On XX/XX/2022 I sent Wakefield and Associates a letter asking them to validate the debt I supposedly owe them. I asked for original documents bearing my signature, proof that the statue of limitations hasn't expired and how they calculated the interest and fees and proof they own this debt. On XX/XX/2022 I received a letter from Wakefield and Associates and the information they sent over was unresponsive to my original demands. Not only that, they violated XXXX by sending over my Diagnosis Codes, Medical Record Number, full social security and a lot of other Protected Health Information I NEVER requested. I never signed a XXXX form requesting them to access and send over my medical history. I contacted the original creditor and spoke with XXXX the supervisor she states they never sent that kind of information to Wakefield. They have violated my rights. Please delete this information from my credit file and cease all collection activities immediately.
