I called MOHELA to enquire about student loan forgiveness and where I stand on the issue. Multiple people acted as though they had not heard of the short term rules where some payments that didn't count in the past were eligible until XXXX. After reading them the info from a government website they said they would have to look into it. After that, MOHELA was supposed to send me all of the information they had on my past payments since XXXX. It has been more than a month since the first promise to send that information through the mail because they stated they could not send it electronically, and I still haven't received anything.
