US Bank advertises a 50 % bonus on points when using points for travel booked through their portal using their premium travel card ( XXXX XXXX ) ; however this bonus is non-existent on their website. After noticing no discount available, I spoke with US Bank customer service who said this was a reward through XXXX and instructed me to call them at XXXX and I spoke to XXXX. During this call I was informed XXXX is not responsible for this benefit and that US Bank customer service would be able to help. Unfortunately nobody is taking accountability for this. I am attempting to reserve a hotel on their travel portal which is valued at $ XXXX {$330.00}, meaning I should be paying roughly XXXX points ; however everywhere is advertised as the cash equivalent value, not holding up to their end of what has been advertised.
