XXXX XXXX Carrington Mortgage had promised not to report my mortgage being behind ( XXXX ) as a result of XXXX. However, now this is coming up with my commander that I was behind and my clearance has been suspended leaving me without work once again as a result of the mortgage company. Also, had to contact XXXX with the same information and they responded with they dont follow under XXXX guidelines nor the soldiers act. Im desperately looking for some assistance son this matter and cant afford an attorney. In the mean time, Im still without my position at the XXXX all as a result of my credit report being affected by XXXX. XXXX XXXX
