I was affected by Covid 19 and as a result had a total of 4 payments late in XXXX XXXX and 1 late payment in XXXX of XXXX with Bank of America XXXX I was told at the time of asking for deferring the payments if it would still be reported and advised no. When it appeared on my credit report I called and asked that these be removed and was advised no. I have madw great strides in getting my balance down to below 20 % and would love to just get this behind me
