Sold my vehicle to XXXX, XXXX deposited a check to my checking account JP MORGAN CHASE BANK on XX/XX/2022 the teller informed me after depositing the check that this check is on hold until XX/XX/2022. I received an email the night of XX/XX/2022 with a letter dated XX/XX/2022 stating I can not use my account and they will be closing it soon. I called immediately was placed on hold for several hours got hung up on and never called back. Once I called requested my account be looked into they said they are reviewing it and i cant do anything about it I would just need to wait it out. I looked at my account on the XXXX and seen my check was in my account then on the XXXX I received a notice my account was closed. I called XXXX and spoke to the accounting department and they informed me that the check cleared from their bank on the XXXX when I first deposited the check. We allegedly got it resolved on Friday XX/XX/XXXX, the woman on the phone informed me my account was approved by a supervisor and give them 1 business day for it to show back up I checked on Monday XX/XX/XXXX still wasnt back active gave it another day Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX still wasnt active so I called Chase again got transferred twice the woman he said was a supervisor and can help me out told me she wasnt a supervisor and couldnt do anything about it but she seen my account was requested to be re opened and no response per their inside notes. It is now XXXX on XX/XX/2022 still waiting for an answer on my account. This has caused all my automatic payment to be returned my work check to be returned and now my bills are past due with late fees and for my payment being returned witch is affecting my credit.
