On XX/XX/XXXX I placed a call XXXX XXXX associate I told them that this was not my debt that this debt was written off I have until the XXXX to respond a XXXX I respond on the XXXX with a phone call and then a Written Letter which they should have received close to the XXXX instead of them stopping Collections and verifying that the debt was actually mine it went forward and put it in the credit bureau not operating in the procedures that is done it should have been stopped collection and send verification the alleged amount of debt is {$7600.00} I asked that they verify this to the XXXX XXXX contracts anything with my name signed on it and the proof of all purchased items dates and time and that they truly on this debt and have the right to collect this debt they did not give me the proper rights that I deserve because if they would have investigated this has not been on my credit report XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX none of this was on my credit report for years why not even the Citibank card was not on my credit report cuz it was forgiven
