I have disputed this account with the creditor as well as the credit bureaus mutliple times. Both of which have failed to respond or send any proof that this debt is actually valid and legal. I believe this account also violates my personal HIPPA rights as it clearly shows its from a XXXX office and if you look at the account the reported dates are inaccurate across all 3 bureas which i believe is another violation of my rights. I have sent letters in XXXX and again in XXXX regarding this specific account and no one can seem to get back to me or fix this issue.
