I was sent a Chase ( Sapphire ) credit card without applying for it or requesting it. When I opened my Chase App on my phone ( I have a Chase Amazon credit card ) I saw a second account for The Sapphire credit card and a {$95.00} annual fee. I messaged them immediately to remove the fee and close the account as I did not authorize it. They closed the account but the fee still shows on the card. They said it would be 1 to 2 billing cycles before it dropped off. I wanted to report this unauthorized practice and request that the company be penalized for it. It caused me anxiety and cost me time I dont have to deal with this nonsense.
