Portfolio Recovery is reporting an incorrect, inaccurate debt on my XXXX Credit Report and other credit reporting agencies. Portfolio has re-aged the debt they say I owe to them. I have never had any agreements or done any business with Portfolio Recovery. This company has not validated their relationship with me in connection to the debt they say I owe. When asked, Portfolio Recovery has not provided any written contracts providing them permission or right to collect a debt from me. I have contacted this creditor and requested validation of this information. They can not or refused to show me the date of first delinquency associated with this account. They have not provided any information on how they calculated amounts they say I owe to this date. They are reporting this account as open and active with late and past due payment due each month. I have contacted XXXX and reported this debt as invalid. XXXX responds that debt is verified with no underlined proof of how they verified this debt. Both Portfolio and XXXX refuse to delete the inaccurate and incomplete information. I have been disputing this for months with no success.
