I asked for a replacement card to be sent and during the time of processing my ex girlfriend had my Mail forwarded to her home address which I was unaware of because I was arrested on XX/XX/2022 in the meantime my card arrived and had my tax refund and social security income on it. My ex girlfriend spent all XXXX that was put on the card. I asked XXXX XXXX to to dispute all transactions because I was incarcerated and I did not make these fraudulent charges. XXXX XXXX has refused saying Im responsible.
