Hello, I am writing to complain about an issue that I had with Costco Citi Visa Card. Citi has been charging me with interest charges even for the months that I have paid the credit card fully. I wasn't aware that this was happening, and just last month I was charged with {$120.00} interest charge even though I paid last month 's balance of {$6600.00} ( {$6500.00} after credit adjustment ) in full. To my knowledge, there should not be any interest charges if I pay the credit card balance in full, and Citi has been charging me with huge interest charges in spite of the balance being paid fully. I reached out to Citi customer service and they've not been able to resolve this, and so I don't have an option besides escalating this to CFPB for resolution. Thank you and please assist me to get a resolution in this matter. This has caused much emotional distress for me. Thanks.
