On XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by a locating service that refused to identify themselves. They provided a " Case number '' and a phone number. I contacted the phone number and provided the case number. I was put in contact with XXXX XXXX. I was terrified of this " Locating service '' they used. I agreed upon a settlement ( {$310.00} ) that day but during the course of this conversation, I asked the representative of XXXX XXXX ( The Debt collection company ) to email me verifying the debt. I received no email. I had already scheduled the payment at this point but was too scared to do anything about it. The payment arrangement defaulted. I received a threatening message on XX/XX/XXXX saying this was going back to a Locator and " Good Luck ''. I called XXXX processing at XXXX AM to arrange a different settlement and attempt to avoid the '' Locater ''. All settlements were rejected after a XXXX call. At XXXX PM I received another call stating the payment declined, I was sent to the locater and " Good luck '' again. I have still never received either by email or mail, a written communication that I owe this debt. I am terrified to be " Located ''. My Home address is with the original company. I am also absolutely willing to settle this matter.
