I transferred XXXX dollars from my XXXX CHECKING ACCOUNT to my BANK OF AMERICA SAVING ACCOUNT on XX/XX/XXXX, and still, I haven't received the money. Today 's date is XXXX, XXXX. 2022. After 5 or 6 visits ( maybe more ) to both banks in order to find an answer, XXXX XXXX gave me proof of payment, meaning that the check was paid to BoA, so seems that XXXX did it right and the problem is with BoA. Today I went to BoA where I've been very well treated every single time I went. The representative and her manager apologized to me for the inconvenience despite the fact they are not responsible and offered to me come back with a solution by the next Monday. On top of that my XXXX cards ( from BoA and XXXX ) were cloned, so I can't use them until I receive the new cards. I'm trying to figure out how to manage my payments. Hoping for a solution. Thank you!
