Consumer Narrative

US Bank refused to cash any of the US Government XXXX XXXX Savings Bonds I tried to deposit in my checking account. They would not even look at them. When I said that I think they had to process them for deposit by law they said I was wrong. They said their bank 's policy was to not process any savings bonds at all because there is so much fraud involved. Like I say, they would not even let me show the bonds to them. They told me to try the Federal Reserve.
