On XX/XX/XXXX, I opened a Citi XXXX Account with a deposit amount of {$50000.00} based on a 60-Day promotional offer to earn {$700.00}. After 60 days passed, I contacted Citi to ask the status of the bonus deposit and was told that the bonus would be deposited within 90 days. In XXXX I was also told that I had met the requirements for the bonus on XX/XX/XXXX. Additionally, Citi told me that the bonus would be deposited by XX/XX/XXXX, at the latest - taking the full 90 days after qualifying for the initial 60 days. Still by XX/XX/XXXX, Citi did not deposit the bonus. I called Citi on XX/XX/XXXX and it was confirmed a second time that I had met the requirements of the bonus offer and was instructed to file a promotional dispute, which I did. I was told Citi would reply in XXXX business days. They did not. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called again and was told a letter had been mailed to my home address, saying " wait for the letter. '' On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Citi to request the entire account funds be transferred to another bank and instructed Citi to close the account. I still have not received a letter from Citi. Where is the {$700.00} bonus?
