I applied for an emergency loan thru mobiloans.com on XX/XX/2021. The loan is in the amount of XXXX. I have made 4 payments totaling XXXX and they are still reflecting my balance still due of {$2000.00}. They are charging me an ( APR ) : 469.44 % making it so this loan will never be paid off. They are taking XXXX every payday on the XXXX and XXXX each month totaling XXXX per month. This is causing my family extreme hardship and the fine print was not clearly explained to me, however by anyone 's terms we can see that this is predatory lending and irresponsible practices
