On XX/XX/2022, I mailed a check to Citi deposit department to deposit a check of XXXX from my XXXX account. XX/XX/2022, the check was not cashed and I called Citi. Citi agents told me they did not receive my check, so I requested them to close my account. XX/XX/2022, the check was posted from my XXXX account and the transaction date was XX/XX/2022. I called Citi and asked where is my XXXX. They told me my account was closed on XX/XX/2022, so the check was not processed successfully and suggested me asking XXXX where is the money. I called XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and went to XXXX branch on XX/XX/2022, I was provided the document that money was cleared and released to Citi bank. I kept calling Citi from XXXX asking for the money. I was told my check was never deposited successfully. I got a statement on XX/XX/2022 dated XXXX, with XXXX balance and no transaction. I recoreded XXXX of the agents names I talked to XXXX, XXXX id # XXXX, Ref # XXXX, and XXXX claim # XXXX.
