This company negligently allowed my credit card account ( ending XXXX ) data to be exposed to online criminals. Whereas the account was attacked and approximately {$700.00} USD was fraudulently charged. The card held a {$0.00} balance at the beginning of the year 2022 and fraudulent charges were made in the month of XXXX and continued into the month of XXXX. I notified the company 's fraud department of the incident and a new credit card was issued. However, after review of the card 's dashboard, fraudulent debt was transferred to the new account and additional fraudulent charges are present. At this time, company is refusing to allow me access to a detailed report of charges dating back to the beginning of the year- which would prove that fraudulent activities occurred. They are expecting payments on a current balance of {$350.00} So far, the company 's appears to be giving me runarounds and disconnecting calls.
