I have a credit card with Citi Bank, we paid $ XXXX by mistake on XX/XX/2022, When we realized on XX/XX/XXXX, I called customer service to refund that amount to my Checking account with Same CITI Bank or refund to the origin, from where the payment was done. They said there will be hold till XX/XX/XXXX then we will release the payment. But despite of several calling they are holding the money, which is not back yet. I expect {$500.00} + Interest @ 20 % should be awarded to me with refund.
