I was incarcerated under a alias and upon my release I explained to the facility thats I needed to have the prepaid card put in my given name, the card was placed in the alias name! I made a purchase in my given/birth name and when I inquired about the purchase I was asked who is XXXX XXXX , I responded that it was me! The advisor said they had to lock the card because it was in the name of XXXX XXXX! Theyre the same people ( Me )! I contacted the card company ( jpay ) I was asked to send information and was treated badly! Im just trying to get my money off of the card and be done with them!
