Syncrony bank charge me a late charge, I did not know the late charge was assessed. They then posted the next payment I made to the late charge and my account was determined to be late. I requested the late charge to be waived but now it's showing 30 days ( 32 days to be exact ) past due. Syncrony posted my money incorrectly to the account and caused this delinquency and this needs to be fixed. I called the credit card company and got hung up on and then tried chatting with someone online and the system didn't let me type. I can't get a hold of these people either to resolve the issue.
