I have been having an ongoing dispute with XXXX credit card. I never received my replacement cards back when I reported them lost/ stolen first in XX/XX/XXXX then again in XX/XX/XXXX. Someone made fraudulent charges to my accounts. I received a statement today and it appears that Bloomingdales has resolved the dispute for fraudulent charges made in XX/XX/2022 but I have no idea what the balance of XXXX is for. I have been trying to work with their fraud department to resolve the issues but can't seem to get a straight answer. I nor did my authorized user on the account make any charges since neither of us ever received any of the replacement cards sent by Bloomingdales
