First, this page keeps reloading and I have typed this out XXXX times. Then, AIdvantage has charged my account and instantly made the charge overdue. Each loan was charged {$1.00} for both the months of XXXX and XXXX. My account is overdue when it was supposed to be in forbearance with {$0.00} payment due each month. When I try to contact Aidvantage about the problem, it is impossible. I live overseas and am unable to make international calls as this is expensive and time consuming. When I try to email via the Contact Us function, there is ALWAYS AN ERROR and the message does not get sent. There is no way to contact the company to resolve the issues and prevent them from happening again.
