Hello, my friend sent me for XXXX {$1300.00} to my phone number, unfortunately a digital was wrong and other person received the money, I tried many time to contact the person, she never answered back, the person number is XXXX registered as XXXX XXXX, intried make a claim with Bank but they told me there is nothing I can do,, XXXX transfer are final, I can understand their policies but if I'm telling them that this person received the money this person should return it, other way is like a fraud, what will happen if I receive {$100000.00} money from the bank just because a bank mistake, well pretty sure they will try get back, at least I'm just asking to the bank to take step and call the person or block her account until she proff that the money was for her.. anyone can make mistakes, it not right that bank don't want help customer even when they know that they can help, they can call the person bank and investigate this matter. Thank you
