I am a retired man living on a fixed income. On XX/XX/2021 at XXXX ( EST ) my entire savings, totaling {$34000.00}, was stolen through a series of online banking transactions in a matter of minutes. Someone hacked my account. I had {$7300.00} in my Citibank checking account and {$30000.00} in my Citibank savings account. Someone hacked into my checking account and made a XXXX transaction for {$2500.00}. The individual then immediately transferred it into my savings account. Then the individual used a wire transfer of the entire {$34000.00} savings account balance to another bank. I have attempted to have Citibank reverse the transactions including this {$34000.00} fraudulent wire transfer for several months now with no success to speak of yet.
