I have two collection accounts listed w this collection agency. I have been asking for proof of debt, no response. I sent a dispute through CFPB- their response was they couldnt locate my account. I gave the last 4 of my social because that is all the information that I have. I have asked several times to have this removed. Since I havent been given the proper paperwork to prove this is my account. New legislation takes affect that medical under {$500.00} will be removed. Please remove this- I am prepared to seek an attorney to sue you guys for several violations.
