Consumer Narrative

I had someone, whom I do not know XXXX ( 2 ) payments to this unknown person, XXXX for {$300.00} and another for {$400.00} on the same day ( XX/XX/XXXX ). The last attempt was for {$420.00}, but Chase Bank stopped that one, thankfully. They text me while I was driving, but could not reach anyone soon enough to find out what the problem was. I put in a claim to the fraud department only for them to come back and say they were authorized by me. I have had numerous fraud problems in other areas of my account and had to close out my credit card with them many times. I should not be responsible for these transfers. Why did they stop the last one for {$420.00}, I guess they figured something nefarious was going on. I have changed my passwords and user ID several times, delete anything to do with XXXX and deleted my mobile app. No one but me has access to my banking nor my phone, it was hacked, obviously. Hope you can help. Thank you, XXXX XXXX
