Today at XXXX XXXX I called Chase Bank to update my information so I can access my online banking. When I spoke to the second rep my password was changed and I lost all access to my online banking. I have 3 accounts with chase bank. One ending XXXX, XXXX ( e.i.n ) and an additional account which was closed without my permission and was in good standing. They have been deleting transactions and they have been money in my account like stimulus checks which I never received. I have been XXXX and my identity have been stolen which I have a police report number Report number XXXX XXXX XXXX. I will like full access to my account which I was denied since XXXX of 2021.
