Consumer Narrative

XXXX exists to profit from the financial instability of students. This conflict of interest, particularly when considering they handle vast amounts of the XXXX XXXX monies, mustn't be taken lightly. It impedes social mobility. The Western world posits value-based sectors and companies are necessary to the framework of a free market, yet XXXXXXXX XXXX deliberate disregard for the financial health of the individuals the company is supposed to serve calls into question its position. They would not exist if not subsidized by the Federal Government and abuse the fact the XXXXXXXX XXXX finances, in theory, can not be untangled from those of the company due to their long-standing relationship and data structures. Such realities have benefited their bottom-line rather than the individuals forced into using their products by the XXXX. They referenced the entire sum of my XXXX XXXX on what creditors refer to as the " XXXX XXXX '' of a given loan. Half of that amount was the legitimate sum owed -- and yet they've failed to correct such discrepancies despite my asking. Furthermore, a representative of the XXXX advised me that no payment was necessary for the next several months due to the CARES act, adding no accounts would go into collection if one chose to hold off on said debts. Most folks ' credit-based foundations are nascent when first entering college. It is highly callous to sabotage their financial future and stability by contracting with a company that cares little for those Americans taking their first steps into adulthood, provided credit scores affect one 's ability to get hired, obtain lines of credit, and virtually every other aspect or strata where social mobility is relevant.
