I was with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and in a forebearance that ended XX/XX/2021. I was in process of getting a XXXX XXXX flex modification when my loan was switched to a new servicer select portfolio servicing. I have not gotten any answers as to what happened to the flex modification I was supposed to need put in from this new servicer. They tried to put me in a repayment plan that is {$14.00} more than my total monthly income of {$1000.00}! All without me submitting any financial documents to them. I can afford my regular payment with an additional {$100.00} towards balance of unpaid payments, but not much more. Please help, I'm a single, XXXX woman on XXXX and do not want to lose my home.
