Wakefield & Associates is on my credit report. I call them. Talk with XXXX. He gave me some info saying XXXX XXXX send my debit to collecting for a 2017 ER visit. I ask for a copy of the statement to be mail to me. He tells me I can get it email. We then continue to talk about a XXXX. XXXX XXXX End of call. No money send. I received an email 2days later. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX Wakefield & Associates , LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Direct XXXX ( this email change to a XXXX strand now ) Look at there website. Headquarters is located in XXXX I reach out to care point talk with an employee who was kind enough to help. My account is Zero balance. The guy also mention they dont do business with Wakefield & Associates . I ask for copys to be mail to me. When this information, and the address. On the website shows they are open.I figure I go talk with someone at the headquarter office. To get it resolved. I arrived to the location.I go up stairs. To my surprise the building is abandoned. I call them. Still no resolution
