On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed a collection account on my credit report. I immediately contact the collection agency they provided me the info to original creditor, However when I contacted the original creditor the company does not exist and they do not answer. The collection agency did not provide more details. This is a false debt I never received any service on the mentioned dates nor do I owe any medical bills or had any business with the original creditors. I never received any bills or invoices demanding payment never been contacted. I only got to know this through randomly checking my credit report for XXXX. Therefore I report fraud on my identity and I request to remove this false collection account from my credit report.
