I have already reached out with certified mail with tracking of the recipient to IQD You IQ DATA INTERNATIONALXXXX XXXXXXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX BROKE NUMEROUS LAWS INCLUDING 15 USC 1681 ( b ) ( 2 ) permissible purposes of consumer reports section 2 states 'in accordance with written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates '' ... you are only allowed to furnish anything on my credit report if you have written my written consent. you furnished derogatory information on my file which has ruined my financial reputation. furthermore you also are in violation of 15 USC 1692 ( g ) by not communicating to me of the alleged owed debt first. your first point of communication was on my consumer report as my proof shows you reported on my credit XX/XX/2022, Then you reached out to me on XX/XX/2022 A DAY LATER. that's against my individual right to privacy. ALSO this is false and misleading representations pursuant to 15 USC 1692e showing a positive balance of XXXX. I the consumer can not pay on a positive balance is this a balance you owe me? remit payment to me as you are required you have 30 days from this notices to respond. All docs were signed and ready for possible litigation I don't want to result to this but I have no choice but to protect myself as the consumer and natural person this has been an infringement upon my rights and has been a form defamation of character, negligent Enablement of identity if Fraud, FDCPA 15 USC 1692G, FDCPA 15 USC 1681 violations for willful non compliance 616. civil liability for willful noncompliance ( 15 USC 1681n )
