Consumer Narrative
For the past two months, I have been trying to flie a credit protection claim for my PayPal credit card by Synchrony Bank. The web link does not work. I have been in contact with both PayPal and Synchrony Bank only to be told that their website to submit my claim is down. Synchrony Bank said that I can not submit it by fax, only thru their website - which has been down for two months. I am being charged a credit protection fee each month, which I am not allowed to file a claim.
