I applied for a chase sapphire credit card which advertises XXXX points if you spend {$4000.00} in the first 3 months. I received the credit card on XX/XX/2021 and from the XXXX XXXX it showed me that I was spending > {$4000.00} during the 3 month period. However, I didn't receive the credit card awards and when I called to chase, they told me that they have all the fine print such as fees, open date that were not obvious in the offer and told me that I am XXXX dollars short from getting the promotional points. I called twice and their altitude is " don't care '' and didn't bother to see what I see in the chase app about spending summary. Their altitude is horrible and not empathetic at all. I am going to move all my business away from Chase.
