After attempting a legitimate XXXX transaction, my account portal was locked. I first attempted to contact Chase via phone on XX/XX/22 but it was after-hours. I then reached out to their XXXX support, XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/22, and was asked to call the same support number XXXX as they could not unlock my account. I called that same day and was placed on an extended hold, after which time I had to give up. I attempted again on XX/XX/22, this time selecting the option for a call back. I received a call back after about 30 minutes. The representative took my info and transferred me to dead air. I then reached out to XXXX support again. They again advised me that they could do nothing. I called again, this time waiting on hold. I was able to get through in a " quick '' ~20 minutes this time. The rep took my info, said that they were going to put me on hold to " perform actions on my account '' and to please stay connected. They then hung up on me. I have never experienced customer service like this. I am at a loss.
