Chase Bank advertised the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX last autumn in XXXX with an introductory " welcome '' offer of XXXX XXXX " avios '' ( air-miles ) after spending {$3000.00} in the first three months. I applied for and received the card in XX/XX/XXXX and quickly met the minimum requirements. Chase Bank awarded me the XXXX miles in XXXX, XXXX and my Chase Bank credit card statement shows that Chase transferred the miles to my XXXX XXXX frequent flyer account on XX/XX/XXXX. On my XXXX XXXX frequent flyer account, it shows that the XXXX miles were NOT received. They are missing. I have tried MANY times by phone, by web support ( help-tickets ) and via XXXX with both Chase Bank and XXXX XXXX to rectify this situation. In every case, Chase says it's not their responsibility ( even though they are the card issuer and offered the welcome promotion ) and directs me to contact XXXX. When I try to contact XXXX, it's almost impossible to get any response and no way to speak with a human. All electronic attempts to resolve this are met with instructions from them to go talk to Chase Bank about missing rewards. I have the history of electronic responses from XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX conversations spanning XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX.
