I currently bank with Chase Bank. On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified through my Chase Mobile app that my checking account was overdrawn 5,000 dollars. I contacted Chase customer service to find out why. I was informed by customer service that a check that was written to me i deposited to my chase account through my chase Mobile app on XX/XX/XXXX was cashed a second time by someone else on XX/XX/XXXX. I then go inside the Chase Bank and was able to speak to a branch manager by the name of XXXX XXXX. I explained to him that the second check was fraud and that the check has to have been stolen from me. He informed me that there was nothing he could do. The only information he gave me was that the check was cashed at a XXXX Bank. I filed an police report on this incident and nothing was done due to me not have any information about who cashed the check the second time on the XXXX of XXXX. I'm having a very hard time fingers out who committed fraud on my account. I tried contacting the person who wrote the check to me, He then contacted his bank XXXX XXXX Bank to find out if they could get any information about who cashed the check the second time and it was unsuccessful. I will like to file an complaint against all 3 banks. Chase Bank, XXXX XXXX Bank and XXXX Bank.
