They send me more than one Notice of Default - Right to Cure and more than one Changes to my interest rate and payment letters. I have never missed a payment ; I'm not sure after the 2-3 months of contacting SPS on XXXX regular basis they have not corrected the issue. Even after reviewing my transaction history, more than one manager sent escalations to the cashier department. I believe problem in their system started when finally approved a payment deferral I requested earlier in XXXX. They approved the request late ( XXXX ) XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX ; I ended up not needing the deferral and they cancelled it. IN THE MEANTIME, I never missed a payment.
