I was forced to transfer to this lender in XXXX of 2021. It had been XXXX every since. When I call I am either brushed off or lied to. No one knows when my payment for my prior lender made on XX/XX/2021 for {$200.00} will transfer over even though all of my other payments have tranfered over. They also lied and said my XXXX payment was made to the wrong address and was rejected which was a LIE! The payment was applied like 3 days later. Please review all of my calls from XXXX to current to hear all the lies and inaccuracies. It was a PAIN getting documents from them when my loan was transfered over but they want me to pay then XXXX and they provide terrible service.
